EmailPolish rewrites rough email drafts into polished, professional business messages using AI. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your content
You keep all rights to the drafts you submit and to the polished emails you generate. You are responsible for reviewing the output before sending it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content or in ways that disrupt it for others. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
Payments
EmailPolish is a paid service billed through our merchant of record. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Always verify polished emails for accuracy, tone, and context before sending them to clients or colleagues.
